Summary:

On March 31, 2023, the aircraft was supposed to perform a flight from Pula Airport (LDPL) to Portorož Airport (LJPZ) in Slovenia.
The meteorological conditions at Pula Airport were favorable for Visual Flight Rules (VFR), and after communication with air traffic control, the pilot received clearance for takeoff. After a short roll, the aircraft became airborne but soon after veered left and crashed onto the grassy area beside the runway. Immediately after the impact, a fire broke out, and a large portion of the aircraft was destroyed.
Both people in the aircraft died in the accident.

Investigation determined that the cause of the accident was aircraft over-rotation during takeoff.

AIN did not issue any safety recommendations.
