On January 28, 2025, at 09:42 a.m., a serious accident to persons caused by RS in motion occurred. On railway line L102, between station Savski Marof and railway stop Harmica, passenger train no. 8031 struck and fatally injured a worker.
Given the circumstances that led to this serious accident, a decision has been made to initiate a safety investigation of the railway accident in accordance with Article 127, Paragraph 1 of the Railway Safety and Interoperability Act (“Official Gazette”, No. 63/20).
