It is recommended that INA – Industrija nafte, d.d. develops a Terminal Operating Manual that includes clearly defined standard procedures and processes at the terminal, updated diagrams/sketches, and other information relevant exclusively to the INA tanker terminal at the Kaštela Basin C in the Split North Port in Solin. The manual must be available in a language understandable to all relevant personnel. It should also define the roles and responsibilities of the terminal’s operational personnel, as well as procedures for (certain) emergency situations, such as fire, pollution caused by cargo spills, or urgent medical intervention.
