It is recommended to the Port Authority of Split, following the recommendation AIN05-SR-20/2022, to establish by regulations the obligation for the authorized professional of the concessionaire (“Loading Master”) at berth no. 2 of the INA tanker terminal in the Kaštela Bay C of Split’s North Port in Solin, that, in cases of unfavorable weather forecasts and/or deteriorating weather conditions, as well as in other emergency situations/dangers requiring urgent assistance to the ship/terminal, to ensure timely presence and prompt action from the relevant services (mooring operators, pilots, floating protective barrier operators, tugboats, firefighters, etc.).
