It is recommended to the Port Authority of Split, in accordance with the ISGOTT expert publication recommendations, to establish by regulations that self-tensioning mooring winches should not be used in automatic mode (automatic loosening and tightening of ropes) during the vessel’s stay at the INA tanker terminal in the Kaštela Bay C of Split’s North Port in Solin.
