It is recommended that the Ministry of the Sea, Transport, and Infrastructure conduct a check of the compliance of valid Certificates of the minimum crew numbers with the provisions of the Regulation on the minimum number of crew members required for the safe navigation of Marine vessels, floating objects, and immobile offshore objects (“Official Gazette”, No. 63/07, 76/11, 46/13, 104/15, 31/16, 83/16) and correct any discrepancies.
