It is recommended to the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure to remind VTS, port authorities, and MRCC Rijeka, by internal letter, of the provisions of Article 75 of the Marine Code (Official Gazette, numbers 181/04, 76/07, 146/08, 61/11, 56/13, 26/15, 17/19), which allow these entities to order the temporary closure of a specific part of the waterway, port, or part of the port for Marine traffic for the purpose of protecting the safety of navigation and the environment.
