It is recommended to the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure to remind port authorities by internal letter of the provisions of Articles 5 and 19 of the Regulation on handling dangerous substances, conditions and methods of transporting dangerous substances, bulk and other cargo in ports, and preventing the spread of spilled oils in ports (Official Gazette, numbers 51/05, 127/10, 34/13, 88/13, 79/15, 53/16, 41/17, 23/20, 128/20), which require the establishment of monitoring/control and the implementation of safety measures when handling dangerous substances in the port to ensure compliance with general and specific safety measures for handling specific types of dangerous substances.
