It is recommended to the Port Authority of Split to establish by regulations the limit values (current and average) of wind speed for the safe maneuvering of tankers in the Split port. It is suggested to follow the conclusions from the Marine study of the INA tanker terminal in the Kaštela Bay C of Split’s North Port in Solin (prepared in 2020) and to consult with the Split Port Authority and pilots of the Split port.
