It is recommended to the Port Authority of Split, in the amendments to the Port Order and the conditions for using the port area of the Split Port Authority, to establish regular meetings for port coordination and planning. The purpose of these meetings is to plan and make joint decisions regarding the approval and allocation of moorings for vessels in the port, as well as to define the specific needs/requirements of each vessel, with prior identification and assessment of all potential risks related to the mooring/untethering/moving and stay of the vessel at the designated mooring. The frequency and method of holding the meetings and the composition of participants may be adjusted as needed.
